Official Press Release- August 29, 2017

MONKEY HOUSE GAMES™ has announced that September 1, 2017 will bring the long-awaited pdf release of the third edition of the VILLAINS AND VIGILANTES™ superhero role-playing game created by JEFF DEE and JACK HERMAN, entitled V&V™ 3.0 – MIGHTY PROTECTORS®.

“Our Kickstarter backers having already received the pdf, and the process of shipping our backers the physical copies is well under way. The time is right to finally release the game to the public.” JEFF DEE, the game’s co-creator and MONKEY HOUSE GAMES™ co-founder said.

“We are very proud of the new edition and cannot wait for all of our fans to see it. We are thrilled to have reached this important milestone.” added co-creator and MONKEY HOUSE GAMES™ co-founder, JACK HERMAN.

VILLAINS AND VIGILANTES™ 3.0 – MIGHTY PROTECTORS® greatly improves on the revised second edition originally published in 1982 and brought back into print in 2010 by MONKEY HOUSE GAMES™ as VILLAINS AND VIGILANTES™ 2.1.

The new V&V™ 3.0 – MIGHTY PROTECTORS® features integrated random and point-based character creation, fully reveals the authors’ MIGHTY PROTECTORS® MULTIVERSE campaign setting, and is easily convertible from VILLAINS AND VIGILANTES™ 2.1.

“Work on the remaining items from the Kickstarter project continues, and we will have additional announcements on those as we get closer to their release dates” JEFF DEE and JACK HERMAN added.

The pdf will be available from the MONKEY HOUSE GAMES™ Store at RPGNow.
