By offering an option for unaccompanied minors through the capability of an unaccompanied minor assistance programme, Aeromexico has made it simpler for parents of young children to travel. For the additional help that juvenile travellers who are not accompanied by their parents or legal guardians get under this programme, an additional Aeromexico Unaccompanied Minor Fee is levied. It is mandatory for kids between the ages of 5 and 17 who are travelling alone or not with a group but with an adult. Unaccompanied minors are entitled to certain privileges, such as boarding the plane first (ideally with a child companion under the age of 10), receiving a boarding card at the time of booking, receiving priority service at the check-in desk and boarding gate, and, if necessary, being escorted to their seat by an airline employee.
