Since Bandit is one of the characters we've seen in both 2.1 and 3.0, I thought I might use him this weekend in a game.

One question I have, though, is about his Willpower. It's possible the version I have of the character is from an older version of the rules (I show my document as being from June 2016), but it has his Willpower listed as:

20 WILLPOWER: can Push for a bonus of up to +4 at a PR cost of 4

Shouldn't that cost him 10 instead? Perhaps the extra 10 could go into another facet of Willpower.

His SPEED of 128" also says 44 mph at a cost of 15, which after you add in his leg braces (Gear) nets a cost of 10 (on his sheet), but 128" now associates with 174 mph (4x faster!) and should cost 20.

Are these because it's an older character sheet, based off on earlier edition of the rules?
