A few questions arose as I contemplated vehicle powers. How is Tunneling modeled? Like Amphibious, or more complicated?

Also, it would be great if the Flight table could be expanded to 65 cp, which I believe is what you need to achieve escape velocity from Earth (at least Mach 33). It doesn't come up all the time but it would be useful to have that benchmark handy as a reference.

I can't answer your question about extending the Flight table but I can say that any amount of Flight will get a vehicle or character into orbit and even out into space, and of course the vehicle/character would probably need appropriate Adapatation or Life Support. Note that the Wings modifier would prevent the vehicle/character from achieving orbit (not enough air to push against).

Jeff will have to answer your question about Tunneling.
