The Controller uses crowd control abilities to neutralize opponents or gain control of them. The Controller's methods are usually non-violent.
Recommended Abilities:
- Emotion Control
- Grapnel
- Gravity Control
- Ice Blast (Ice Abilities C)
- Mind Control
- Paralysis Ray
- Siphon
- Transmutation
Supporting Abilities:
- Willpower C) Self-Control - May Push to make Saves vs abilities much harder.
- Heightened Expertise - Help ensure that those costly Abilities hit more often.
- Energy - Helps pay for those Abilities and Pushes.
Useful Ability Modifiers:
- Area Effect - hit more targets with each attack.
- Activation Ability - Pay x2 the Power Cost of an Ability, but zero Power thereafter per use.
- Success Power - Only pay PR costs when an Ability successfully lands.
