Can Arsenal Options have the Gear or Multi-Function Gear modifier?

Can you have a special weapon that "shoots" your Arsenal Options?

If so, does it use the Range stat of the Special Missile Weapon?

If so, would you apply the Multi-Function Gear modifier to your Special Weapon as well as each Arsenal Option?

Or, would you just apply the Multi-Function Gear modifier to the base Arsenal Ability?

Lastly, if your Arsenal Options are built into Grenades, or some other thrown item/weapon, do you still have to buy the Range from page 106?

Can Arsenal Options have the Gear or Multi-Function Gear modifier? Sure. Arsenals are not gear by default so yes, you can give them the gear modifier.

Can you have a special weapon that "shoots" your Arsenal Options? Yes, that's how I built Hawkeye's Bow, which you can see here: https://mpwriteups.blogspot.com/2017/05/hawkeye.html

If so, does it use the Range stat of the Special Missile Weapon? Every ability in an arsenal slot uses the range of that ability, including Special Weapon B.

If so, would you apply the Multi-Function Gear modifier to your Special Weapon as well as each Arsenal Option? That makes sense. If I were re-doing Hawkeye's bow and arrows I might do that instead of just giving the overall Arsenal the Gear modifier. The idea is that the quiver can be taken or broken; same thing with the arrows.

Lastly, if your Arsenal Options are built into Grenades, or some other thrown item/weapon, do you still have to buy the Range from page 106? As I said above, each ability within the arsenal has its own range. If it doesn't have a range and you want it to have range, you have to use the Range modifier to add that.
