Origin/Background: Kyle is the President and CEO of Skye Communications, one of the world’s largest telecom companies. At just 17 years old, his mother was killed, his father crippled, and he was blinded by a bomb planted by anarchists protesting at a meeting of several multinational corporations. Undertaking an intensive training regime, conducted by his driver/bodyguard, and utilizing his family’s finical resources, he set out to bring the guilty to justice. Setting up shop in Chicago, the location of his corporate HQ, he terrorizes the local underworld, street gangs, terrorists, and anyone who’d bring harm to the innocent.

Combat Tactics: Kyle prefers to operate at night, where others are at a disadvantage. He'll try work his way around a character, so that he can hit them from the sides, or rear. He'll usually lead off with a Shock Dart attack, to immobilize whoever he thinks is the greatest threat, before moving in close, where he'll use his HTH abilities. He'll make extensive use of the various gadgets in his utility belt, but tends to reserve his sword for use against really tough opponents, or objects.

Personality/Character Traits:Kyle is, shall we say, best described as driven, if not obsessive in his quest for justice. Once he's made his mid up, about a particular course of action, it's VERY hard for anyone to change his mind.

Allies/Friends:

Wintworth - Kyle's butler/assistant.
Lt. Jeffrey Jasinksky - Chicago PD's Special Crime's Unit.

Rouges Gallery: Magpie, Janus, Snapshot, The Web, the Black Hand.

So what do you guys think of him? He's an NPC, mostly operating in the Chicago/Cook County metro area. He's one of three NPCs vigilantes I worked up. The other two are the African American hero Street Hawk, who works in Detroit, and Night Wolf, a Native American, who prowls NYC's back allies looking for miscreants up to no good.

He looks very cool, and I'm amazed at some of the similarities to my original V&V PC (circa 1982), a private investigator who dressed all in black (think the Black Panther with a cape) to fight crime. My Nightstalker (one word, and long before the Ramirez brothers) was mostly skills, had Natural Weaponry, a super high Agility (from Willpower: Type B), Heightened Expertise (with all martial arts weaponry) and originally had Paralysis Ray (a whip) that we soon recognized as too powerful and dropped (as he moved so fast he could instantly take down just about anybody). Personality wise my Nightstalker was similar, too. He was obsessively driven (that's how we explained his phenomenal Agility, which he had trained past normal human levels). 8)

I like the gadgets that your guy has. Reminds me a lot of Batman. :)

V&V GM and player since 1982 (my current campaign is 22 years old); also run West End Games d6 Star Wars monthly, as well as the occasional The One Ring and Marvel Heroic Roleplaying game

I'll post them later this evening, as I need to do laundry, and eat dinner.

Night Stalker's Rouges Gallery

Snap Shot: A professional assassin, with incredibly fast reflexes, as well as an expert shot with pretty much any pistol he can lay his hands on. He's currently employed as an enforcer for one of Chicago's leading crime families, which has lead him to bump heads with Night Stalker on several occasions. So far Night Stalker's managed to come out on top every time.

Magpie: A cat burglar, and acrobat, with a reputation for being able to defeat any security system, no matter how advanced. She's got a love/hate relationship with Night Stalker, and has even helped him out few times.
